VR Campus / Virtual School Tour
Students could create the VR Campus Tours on their own, enhancing their sense of belonging to school
From idea brainstorming to route planning, mastering panoramic shooting and post-production editing
This course aims to give students an in-depth understanding of virtual reality (VR)(VR)technology, and master the creation ofVR 360videos and virtual campus tours. Students will start from scratch, learning script development, route planning, and360photo and video shooting techniques. The course covers using360cameras for shooting and post-production editing, including how to add interactive elements like text and video introductions to create personalizedVRtours. Each group of students will be responsible for photographing specific areas of the campus360photos to create a complete virtual campus tour. Additionally, students will experience variousVRapplications, such asVRroller coasters, experiencing firsthand the impact ofVRtechnology. Upon completion, students will fully master how to createVR 360videos and gain practical experience in creating immersive virtual tours, while enhancing their creative planning and technical implementation skills.
Course Content
- In-depth understanding of virtual reality and its application. Creating VR videos to introduce the school
- Learn 360 camera techniques, professional photo and video shooting
- Create from scratch, including script development, route planning, and 360 video shooting techniques.
- Learn post-production, including adding interactive elements, text, and video introductions.
- Learn basic coding to showcase virtual tours on the school website.
